About The Academy


    Mission:
    A mission and focus statement developed by a statewide advisory board of educators, business leaders, and community members.
    Overview:
    An overview of the Academy program, its curricular goals and instructional components.
    Advisory Board:
    A statewide advisory board comprised of teachers, principals, superintendents, business leaders, legislators, and community members.
    Schedule:
    The daily schedule of how the 4-day Academy was implemented.
    Locations:
    The Academy was held at 5 locations around Washington State.
    Academy Videos:
    Used during each Academy session, these videos have been streamed for viewing anytime and anywhere.
    Faculty:
    A statewide faculty for the Academy comprised of principals, technology directors, and teachers.
    Staff:
    The Academy was primarily run out of the Office of Educational Partnerships at the University of Washington.

    This PDF includes all documents sent to the particpant before attending their Academy session.
