The Association for Computing Machinery is an international scientific and educational organization dedicated to advancing the arts, sciences, and applications of information technology. The mission of our student chapter is to promote the advancement of technological awareness and provide educational opportunities for students of the University of Washington, Bothell campus.

ACM offers many online professional development courses free to its members. A snippit from the ACM page:

"Immerse yourself in any of over 350 courses hosted at the Sun Learning Center (SLC). New topic areas include C/C++, Oracle 9i, .NET, Flash MX, and Business Skills. New courses are also available in Java Technology, Project Management, and Networking."
