Dr. Megan Rutherford is a Research Scientist at the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Institute. She earned a B.S. in Zoology and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon in Corvallis. In 1990, she also earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical Univesity, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Rutherford has been involved in substance abuse research at ADAI since 1997.

Primary Research Interests:

  • Diagnostic and assessment instruments
  • Cocaine treatment outcome
  • Substance abuse among juvenile offenders
