Where Is It?
The Free Teen Clinic is held in the Country Doctor clinic on Capitol Hill. The address is: 500 19th East. The clinic is located on the corner of 19th Avenue and Republican.

Where do I park?
There is plenty of street parking around the clinic. Park at the nearest spot that you can find.

Who is my contact person?
Mavis Bonnar coordinates both of these clinics and her phone number is (206) 369-8765. If for any reason you will not be able to make it to this clinic, please call Mavis to let her know as she relies on residents being there. You are also strongly encouraged to find a replacement if you know you will be absent.

What time do I need to be there?
The clinic runs from 6pm to 9pm. Please plan to arrive at 6pm.

Special Instructions:
Teens are seen at the Free Teen Clinic on a first come first served basis. Services are free for all homeless teens. On the Tuesday night clinic, there are also massage therapists, naturopathic providers, and acupuncturists who work with us in the clinic.
