Dr. Henry Berman is a board-certified pediatrician who has specialized in the practice of adolescent medicine since 1971.  He received his AB from Harvard College and his MD from New York University School of Medicine.  After completing his pediatric residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, he spent three years as a pediatrician in the U.S. Army in Germany.  He then began his work in adolescent medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, where he served as Associate Director of Adolescent Services.  He subsequently was Director of the University Health Service at SUNY at Stony Brook, NY.  After a varied career in medical administration and consulting, he returned to clinical practice, working with adolescents with problems with behavioral and/or school problems.
