Project :\u00a0 Modification of Online Learning Modules<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technical : Built using Adobe Captivate Modules <\/strong>\u2013 6-8 hour course, 6 current modules that contain slides, voice-over, video.\u00a0 Built in Captivate 9 on the Mac, we now have Captivate 11 (2019) on the PC to do the work.<\/p>\n

Desired Skills :\u00a0Captivate experience and\/or Film editing, sound integration with video and slide decks.<\/p>\n

Contract options :\u00a0project or hourly, really need a flexible guide who can teach us various aspects of this process.\u00a0 We need someone who can \u201cteach us to fish\u201d not just provide the \u201cfish\u201d.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

Potential Scope of Technical assistance with the project:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Move existing video and voice from current version to new project.<\/li>\n
  2. Build new version of learning modules and\/or teach us to build them.\n
      \n
    1. Facilitate changing slides, quizzes, and video as necessary.<\/li>\n
    2. Assist with voice over process<\/li>\n
    3. Upload and replace video as needed for the current video sections<\/li>\n
    4. Add new audio<\/li>\n
    5. Implement interactive components<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    6. Teach us how to make changes and edits going forward.<\/li>\n
    7. Add mini-units on inspection and field installation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      NWETC will provide:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. All learning content \u2013 slides, new video, voice-over work etc.<\/li>\n
      2. Any required man hours for time consuming tasks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Budget is not large for this project and we ideally are looking for a flexible person who can guide and teach us during this process so we can make updates and edits going forward internally.<\/p>\n

        We are a relatively small national environmental training company and would likely have more work going forward if we find the right skills and fit.<\/p>\n
