The position includes administrative work, cleaning and organization, art sales and client relations, database and inventory management, shipping, and the installation of exhibitions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gallery, museum or retail experience preferred \u2013 familiarity with Pacific Northwest Indigenous art and culture a plus. Must be able to safely lift and carry artwork when necessary. Be ready to learn, jump in, be detail-oriented, juggle many tasks in a day, and keep a bright and positive outlook. Must have excellent communication skills, be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task. We seek someone who is a creative self-starter who can research problems independently and follow through to solutions, while always feeling comfortable asking questions. Must maintain a neat, clean presentation and feel comfortable approaching people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Position opens immediately.\u00a0Schedule will be Sundays (12-5) and either Mondays (10-6) or Fridays (10-6), plus each First Thursday of the month.
