Proactive Health: a Naturopathic Clinic is an award – winning specialty integrative clinic focused on endocrinology and gut health. We are looking for a first-class, friendly professional, creative and customer-obsessed video shooter \/ editor. You will work closely with our Award-Winning head physician and CEO, Dr. Elena Zinkov to create engaging media content for her clients and audiences \u2013 from training material to social media content.<\/p>\n
You will be our primary production lead. You will be involved through the entire production process, from pre-production tasks, operating cameras, to video editing in post-production. You will need to have skills in all aspects of video production, and be familiar with the entire production process.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\u25cf Plan, set up, light, and shoot video content
\n\u25cf Be willing to complete shoots with limited help
\n\u25cf Log, organize, and edit footage into compelling videos, including color correction and
\naudio mixing
\n\u25cf Work closely with executive team (Co-founder \/ CEO \/ Head Physician and Co-founder \/
\nCFO \/ COO) and a researcher to create high quality media content
\n\u25cf Help build processes and workflows to streamline video production
\n\u25cf Manage and maintain prompt, thorough, professional communication with all team
\nmembers and stakeholders
\n\u25cf Manage several assignments concurrently
\n\u25cf Operate with frugality and create stunning work with limited budget<\/p>\n
CAPABILITIES:
\n\u25cf Strong understanding of filmmaking principles (story, timing, traditional use of
\nperspective, etc.)
\n\u25cf Excellent communication skills \u2013 written, verbal, and graphic form
\n\u25cf Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Photoshop or other
\nplatforms used to create basic graphic content
\n\u25cf Intermediate proficiency on iMovie to create compelling video content
\n\u25cf Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
\n\u25cf Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\u25cf Proven team player and collaborator
\n\u25cf Demonstrated creativity, innovation and good judgement
\n\u25cf Working knowledge of digital cameras, and video production equipment (such as lighting
