Overview:<\/strong> Working closely with the Creative Director, the Arts Coordinator is responsible for executing events, performances, exhibitions, art workshops and collaborations. \nResponsibilities (include, but are not limited to):<\/h5>\n
\nWith Creative Director, develop and execute outside exhibitions and performance opportunities
\nWith CD, curate and design in house exhibitions
\nFrame artwork and install exhibitions
\nDesign, print and\/or order all necessary signage
\nResponsible for artwork documentation, inventory and distribution
\nSupport CD on design and execution of all events
\nRecord attendance in database
\nGallery upkeep<\/p>\n
\nFrames & exhibition supply
\nDonated Art
\nArt supplies\/class materials
\nAct as primary point of contact for student artwork pick up<\/p>\n
\nDevelop and execute workshop specifics, including concepts, teachers, supplies
\nWrite proposals to communicate and agree workshop specifics to the partner
\nMeasure, evaluate and report workshop performance
\nSchedule, design, and execute Open Studio classes<\/p>\n
\nCoordinate with Creative Director to identify performances available to students
\nStudent outreach and attendance reporting
\nIdentify and schedule volunteers<\/p>\n
\nBrochure design and production
