The application for the virtual \u00a024th Annual UW Undergraduate Research Symposium <\/a>is now open!\u00a0 The Sym\u00adpo\u00adsium will be held on May 21, 2021.<\/p>\n

\n<\/b><\/p>\n

The Symposium is a celebration of undergraduate accomplishments in research, scholarship, and creative expression in all academic disciplines. Students may present their research either in a lightning talk session or an oral presentation session. We will also have a dedicated virtual space for performing arts presentations and a visual arts and design presentations. Last year, over 800 students participated in this exciting virtual event.<\/p>\n

To learn more and start an appli\u00adca\u00adtion, visit the Under\u00adgrad\u00adu\u00adate Research Sym\u00adpo\u00adsium <\/a>sec\u00adtion of the URP web\u00adsite. All UW under\u00adgrad\u00adu\u00adates involved in research are encour\u00adaged to apply. The appli\u00adca\u00adtion dead\u00adline is Feb\u00adru\u00adary 24, 2021.<\/p>\n

Not yet involved in research? Join us at the event to learn more about the exciting research that UW under\u00adgrads are participating in – you’ll learn about topics ranging from syn\u00adthetic chem\u00adistry to new ideas in the realm of dance.<\/p>\n
