Generate financial support for the museum by overseeing the admissions box office portion of the CSC by providing technical support by phone &amp; help desk requests, event &amp; exhibition programming, reporting and selling memberships. Supervise the CSC Lead and the admissions staff and operations when scheduled to be the manager on duty. The successful candidate will be a creative, strategic leader with hands-on management experience, skilled at leading diverse cross-functional teams. They are responsible for departmental oversight and providing an excellent visitor experience; supervising admissions and customer service staff; and implementing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting visitor survey data and feedback.
