GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0This role will highlight\u00a0Guest Engagement\u00a0through photography and digital\u00a0adventures\u00a0as attributing factors\u00a0of the overall Guest Experience.\u00a0\u00a0You will\u00a0be a part of a\u00a0team focused on capturing moments along the Guest journey as a co-creator that allows and embraces opportunities to Transform Moments.<\/p>\nThis position supports the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass\u2019s\u00a0missions\u00a0while ensuring\u00a0every\u00a0Guest has\u00a0a friendly, safe and entertaining experience. This position will help represent the Space\u00a0Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass as ambassadors to the City of Seattle and Seattle Center.<\/p>\n
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nWe Create our Future. Today\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Highlight the guest experience with complementary photography throughout Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Greet and converse with\u00a0Guests, offering complimentary photographs, in a friendly and outgoing manner while encouraging social distancing.<\/li>\n
- Promote a clean, positive, courteous, and professional attitude and appearance to all Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibition Team Members and\u00a0Guests.<\/li>\n
- Be a communications specialist:\u00a0 interface with guests in all public facing areas along the\u00a0Guest journey.\u00a0 Greet and converse with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner.<\/li>\n
- Always remain respectful and courteous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n- Assist in opening and closing exhibition department routines including cleaning and sanitizing of the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Proven great\u00a0Guest service skills.<\/li>\n
- Professional appearance and attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Strong knowledge of Dale Chihuly and his art\u00a0and the Space Needle preferred.<\/li>\n
- Ability to effectively communicate using the English language.<\/li>\n
- Strong initiative, multi-tasking, and decision-making ability.<\/li>\n
- Effective problem-solving techniques and troubleshooting capabilities.<\/li>\n
- Team player attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Ability to react quickly and correctly in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
- Comfortable working with a diverse population.<\/li>\n
- Photography experience preferred but not required.<\/li>\n
