The Art and Maintenance Supervisor supports Center Art\u2019s organization mission, vision and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, personalization, accountability and ownership.<\/p>\n
The Art and Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for annual planning, documentation and overall upkeep of the Exhibition\u2019s galleries, artwork, collections, and garden maintenance.\u00a0 This position will supervise all operations \u2013 including scheduling, coordinating with vendors, communicating with Chihuly Studios, organizing all current documentation, annual planning, and other special projects that pertain to the maintenance of the exhibition\/galleries, artwork, collections and garden. This position will support the Exhibition Department with a positive and professional attitude by supervising an Art Technician, small Custodial Team and small Garden Team. \u00a0In addition, the Art and Maintenance Supervisor will provide excellent guest experiences with providing support to the Gallery Attendant Team when needed.\u00a0 Approximately\u00a050% of time will be dedicated to cleaning and maintenance during non-operating hours.\u00a0 Approximately 50% of the time will be dedicated to administrative tasks and supervision of Team Members.<\/p>\n
