Duties will range from front of house support during the event to general production needs in the lead-up to the fair. This position would be needed starting on Tuesday, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">July<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> 2<\/span><span class=\"s4\">3<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> and run through Monday, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">July 29<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s4\">Duties include but are not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Exhibitor\/visitor services support\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Man<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> the front desk to assist with general questions from visitors and exhibitors<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Assist with press check-in<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Re-stock printed maps and brochures at the front desk<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Point out directions for ticketing, restrooms, event areas\u2026etc.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Help set-up the media pavilion and maintain stock by unwrapping and shelving print magazines on the bookshelves<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Check-in guests arriving for VIP events<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Help organize tour schedule and ensure guests arrive to the meeting location for each tour<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Production Support<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Assist fair team with various production duties<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Set up and distribute exhibitor booth and VIP lounge needs<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Assist fair team in placement of booth and project signage<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Assist with product inventory<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Light lifting and set-up<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s7\"><span class=\"s6\">o <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Local errands<\/span><span class=\"s4\">\u2028<\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s4\">Your knowledge &amp; skills:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Candidates must be motivated and have an outgoing personality<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Knowledge and interest in contemporary art<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Previous customer service experience is helpful<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Prior events experience is preferred but not required<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Candidates with interest, experience, and\/or knowledge of the arts will be given priority focus<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Strong English verbal communication skills<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Must be authorized to work and be paid in the United States<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"s5\">\u2022 <span class=\"s4\">Must be able to be on your feet for multiple hours a day and move, pull, or carry 25 lbs.<\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s4\">This position is paid at $20 per hour. Flexibility in schedule is required.
