We welcome feedback and suggestions from the artists.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\">Gallery B612 invites artists to submit works for our upcoming AAPI exhibition, celebrating the rich heritage, resilience, and contributions of the AAPI community in our local city of Seattle <em class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">and beyond.<\/em> This exhibition seeks to showcase diverse artistic expressions that honor API history, culture, identity, and social impact.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\">With every exhibition Gallery B612 aspires to seek out and support artists, dancers, fashion designers, musicians, and creatives from all backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Call Eligibility: <\/strong>International, ages 18+<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Early Application Deadline: <\/strong>February 17 <em class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Early applications will be notified early, accepted artists will be posted as part of the exhibition on our website early, and accepted artwork may be used to promote the show.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Standard Application Deadline:<\/strong> March 17<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Exhibition Dates: <\/strong>April 17th &#8211; June 4th, 2025<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Entry Fee:<\/strong> $25 for the first 3 submissions, then an additional $5 per piece, up to six pieces.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Commission: <\/strong>Gallery retains a 50% commission on all exhibition sales of artwork in off-site shows and online.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Shipping and Delivery: <\/strong>Accepted work may be hand delivered or shipped prepaid to arrive no later than January 14. \u00a0<em class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Artists are responsible for the delivery and return of shipping labels and costs.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Gallery B612<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">1915 1st Ave S,<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Seattle Washington, 98134<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Juror: <\/strong>Selected pieces are juried by the curators at Gallery B612.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Media: <\/strong>Original 2D and 3D artworks. National artwork will be shipped out to the national artists; the Artist is responsible for shipping and return label costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Gallery Artwork Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">All work must be original, unsold work, family-friendly, and the artist must own the sole copyright to art.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Frames, mats and wiring must be professional quality and in good condition. No saw-tooth hangers. Wiring must be securely fashioned and support the weight of the artwork. 2D artwork selected for exhibition <strong class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">MUST BE READY TO HANG<\/strong> on our wire hang system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">No NSFW works will be considered for the show.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Consignment will be required for selected pieces in order to be exhibited in the show.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Questions?
