Looking for a great experience that goes beyond community service to directly impacting the lives of young people across our state? Alternative Spring Break is for you! Alternative Spring Break offers students the opportunity to spend their spring break in a tribal or rural community in Washington working on literacy arts and environmental science projects with local schools. Sites range from the Olympic Peninsula to Eastern Washington. James Thornton, in his 3rd year with ASB, joins us to talk about his experience.
