Raw sequence data:

The following fasta files contain sequence for each of the C58 replicons. The most up to date sequence versions are available at our database hosted by the University of Campinas in Brazil. Complete annotation data is also available at this site. Other than a few small scattered low quality regions, these sequences are finished.
