Fellows
Note: Dormitory check-in hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please contact Syd Fredrickson (sydf@uw.edu or mobile: 206-679-5342) if you are unable to arrive to check in by 5:00 p.m. at McMahon Hall. Fellows are advised to go directly to McMahon Hall to check in and drop off luggage and before checking in at Paccar Hall. Map of McMahon Hall on UW campus.
Consortium fellows are invited to stay in the student residence halls. The residence hall lodging cost is complimentary for our invited student fellows. The dormitories are located within convenient walking distance of Paccar Hall and also near University Way (aka "the Ave"), which is the main location of restaurants and bars near campus. Rooms for Consortium Fellows will be open as of 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 13. More details will be announced closer to the event regarding dormitory access.
Faculty
Faculty guests are invited to stay in one of two hotels located within comfortable walking distance of the University of Washington campus. Both hotels are located near each other and near University Way (aka "The Ave"), which is the main location of restaurants and bars near campus. The Hotel Deca is slightly closer to Paccar Hall, a distance of 5-6 blocks, while the Watertown Hotel is 8 blocks away. Both require a slight uphill walk to get to Paccar Hall. Both hotels offer complimentary shuttles providing direct transportation to the campus.
