Summary

This was AMTAS' autumn semiannual meeting of academic and industrial partners. Fifty-eight persons registered. If you would like contact information for any attendee, please contact Ellen Barker.

The meeting included presentations devoted to:

  • AMTAS and JAMS (Joint Advanced Material & Structures Center of Excellence) reports
  • presentations from PIs re. their research projects
  • follow-up activities re. a regional advanced materials center that included industries in addition to aviation, such as marine, transportation, sporting goods, and medical devices and
  • reports from industry members.
