Why use the CFD?
It's convenient & secure. You can make a lump sum donation by check or pay-roll deduction, or spread it out over multiple paychecks. Your total contributions will be listed on your W-2 (if you donate by payroll deduction) which is very handy at tax time.

Visit the State Combined Fund Drive website to access your account and view your pledges online. You will need to know your nine-digit Employee ID (EID) and password to log in. Don't know your EID? Log into UW Employee Self Service (ESS) to see your EID.
There are more than 3,400 approved charities in Combined Fund Drive campaign. Please use one of the following giving forms to give to your favorite charities.
Some retirees, courtesy appointees, hourly/temporary employees, and UW students can contribute to the UWCFD campaign by check. For check contributions, make checks payable to CFD and mail to UWCFD, Box 359200. DRS retirees may contribute through their retirement check.
Give to the CFD general fund, charity code 0316854.
