ANN MARIE KIMBALL M.D. M.P.H.

 

 

Ann Marie Kimball is Principal investigator and co-director of the Fogarty funded International Health and Medical Informatics Training program at the University of Washington .

She is Professor of Health Services and Epidemiology, adjunct in Medicine at the Public Health and Community Medicine and director of the Masters in Public Health program.

She is a member of the graduate faculty for Biomedical and Health Informatics at the University of Washington.

She is actively involved in international networking through the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation and heads the Emerging Infections Network which carries disease alert information to APEC economies.

Prior to joining the University she served as Regional Advisor for AIDS for the Pan American Health Organization, Director of the Washington State HIV/AIDS Division and Chair of the U.S National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors.

 


This project is a joint effort of the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine
and the United States Centers for Disease Control. It is an approved APEC project.
