ALICIA SILVA-SANTISTEBAN,  B.S.  

 

Alicia Silva is the Program Coordinator for the Fogarty International Program in Health Informatics and the APEC Network in Emerging Infectious at the department of Health Services, University of Washington.

She attended the Economics School in Lima and has taken training courses in accounting, administration and computing in Seattle. Alicia handles all administrative aspects of the Fogarty Informatics and APEC Programs, including the recruitment process of our scholars, visa paperwork, admission into the graduate program and the short course in Informatics.

As a Peruvian, Alicia is very happy to be working for this Informatics program because she has the opportunity to serve as a liaison between the Informatics group of the University of Washington and the team of Peruvian researchers.

 

 


This project is a joint effort of the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine
and the United States Centers for Disease Control. It is an approved APEC project.
