FRED WOLF, PH.D.  

Dr. Wolf attended to University of Wisconsin in Madison and completed a B.S. in political sciences. In 1977 was graduated from the master program in education Kent State University in Ohio and in 1980 was graduated from the doctoral program in Education in the same university. 

Dr. Wolf was a clinical assistant professor in Ohio State University in the Collage of Medicine from 1980 to 1982. In 1982 the moved to University of Michigan,  Dept of Postgraduate Medicine & Health Professions Education as a assistant professor in the first 5 years, and associate professor in 1987.  In 1990 he was the director of the Learning Resource Center & Lab for Computing, Cognition, & Clinical Skills in the same university. In 1995 Dr. Wolf was a visiting scholar in UK Cochrane Centre in University of Oxford in England.

Today Dr Wolf is professor and chair of the department of Medical Education & Biomedical Informatics, School of Medicine, and Adjunct Professor of the Department of Health Services, School of Public Health and Community Medicine since 1997.


This project is a joint effort of the University of Washington School of Public Health and Community Medicine
and the United States Centers for Disease Control. It is an approved APEC project.
