ASA is a nonprofit student organization that represents more than 175 students at University of Washington, Tacoma. Working with students, alumni, faculty, staff, and the community, ASA’s mission is to aid students in the completion of a successful degree and career in accounting. ASA is committed to excellence, integrity, diversity and collaboration in order to create an environment that enhances the educational development of its members. We embrace our role to promote the development of responsible and ethical accountants and citizens.

The mission of ASA is to enhance the academic experience of all students interested in the field of accounting by sponsoring events, creating opportunities, and building a bridge between the academic and the professional world.
