Folks -
The "renew" function is now available for you to start using on a test basis in the labs. If you look at the tech_home page under Alerts, you'll see a line with a link that says:
Forget Your Password? - Use a Web Page to Renew It!
That will take students to the proper form where they can reset their password using their student number and Star PAC.
IMPORTANT: Please refer people to the tech_home URL, not directly to the form - the address for the form may change later.
If there are problems with the functioning of renew, please email Pete Pulliam, and copy Yonah.
If there are problems with the wording or the layout of the pages, please email Kathi Woods, and copy me.
