100 MB Disk Quotas

Description of Project
We decided to give UA users 100Mb quotas across their account space.
Status as of 11/13/97
Ken completed the software which allows increased disk quota
for the Homer and Dante clusters and installed it in
September. We are awaiting the new RAID hardware installation
on Homer and Dante before deploying the new quotas.
