VMS Cluster Upgrade

The MAX academic user base will be moved off of the existing VAX cluster and onto an Alpha cluster running Open/VMS. The remaining VAX cluster will then be reconfigured as a homogeneous Open/VMS cluster called Austen and Jane. The VAX cluster will provide additional resources to assist in migration of administrative applications off of VMS and on to UNIX servers.
