Cathy Staup is owner of Herban People, Inc., a teaching and consulting company specializing in growing and cooking with fresh herbs. She has conducted garden tours and in-home demonstrations to both large and small groups since 1995. Cathy lectures at local organizations and teaches through a number of colleges. JOB OPENING: Catalog Editor

The catalog editor is responsible for the design and production of the College’s quarterly catalog. Responsibilities include processing and reviewing all course information, resolving instructor and course related problems, entering course data on the computer and processing changes and cancellations.
