Designed for every skill level, students will learn the time-honored techniques of traditional oil painting in oils or acrylics as well as accomplishing an impressionistic work in the same 7 week session. We will go from initial sketch to varnished final learning about color, value and temperature as well as glazing and scumbling techniques, producing realistic paintings of inner glow and enduring beauty.
