The instructors of this class, Wu Na Chang and Mei-hui Lu, are indoor disciples of Wudang Dan Pai in China. They both are Gold Medalists in many international internal martial arts competitions.
Wu Na Chang has had solid foundation and rigourous training experience on external (hard) and internal (soft) styles of martial arts since a very young age.
