Biomimetics Biomaterials Biophotonics Biomechanics & Technology (B4T)
About B4T
B4T is a research laboratory under the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington. As the title implies we are researching the aspects of the future of materials and techniques in restorative dentistry. We focus on Biomimetics, as a final goal to develop and test Biomaterials that closely mimic the properties, function and Biomechanics of natural teeth using state-of-the-art Technology, particularly Biophotonics applications in dental diagnostics, digital work flow and fabrication.
