OCT real-time videos showed appearance and development of high signal intensity. In this SBU specimen, bright clusters firstly appeared at the cavity floor apart from the center, developed in some extents or became more distinguished over time.

Appendix Video 2

OCT real-time videos showing rapid and wide development of high signal intensity (gap) during observation. In this BF specimen, bright clusters appeared at the cavity line angles developed throughout whole cavity floor completely and reached to the cavity wall in a few seconds during light curing.

Appendix Video 3

OCT real-time videos showing almost no gap forming or signal increasing during observation. In this XTR specimen, two small bright cluster appeared at the enamel interface.

Appendix Video 4

OCT real-time images obtained for a specimen in SE2 group. Bright cluster which appeared during light curing adjacent to the left enamel margin developed over time. In the corresponding CLSM image, a crack along the tightly sealed enamel interface was observed at the same location.
