Student volunteer
Limited volunteer positions may be available on case-by-case basis for pre-dental students. The students should commit to at least 1 year (minimum 6 hours/wk) of work, have excellent writing skills and be willing to collaborate towards presenting/publishing of the research project findings. Dental Students (SURF)
The SURF program offers an opportunity to work on a research project under the direction of a faculty member. Stipend and allowance for research expenses are provided by the Office of Research. We have one position available for the program each year in Dr. Sadr’s lab. Eligible applicants (UW SOD 1st year dental students)  should contact Dr. Sadr (arsadr@uw.edu) with their CV before December 1 of the preceding year.
