I'm a Senior Fellow in the Baker lab. I graduated from CMU with a Ph.D in Computer Science. While at CMU, I worked with Chris Langmead and Eric Xing on structured probabilistic representations for modeling proteins. See www.cs.cmu.edu/~hetu for more details.
