I've been a graduate student in the Baker lab since 2010. I work on the computational design of protein-protein interfaces. I design novel proteins to competitively inhibit protein-protein interactions involved in intracelluar signalling pathways. I am currently working to block the interactions between EED:Ezh2, involved in chromatin repression, between Mdm4:p53, involved in DNA damage and stress response, and between RhoA:RhoGEF, involved in cytoskeletal regulation.
