Welcome to the Beta Alpha Psi Northwest Regional Conference 2006 Homepage
We are excited to have you as our guests in April and are working to develop a high quality program focusing on the theme of Financial Literacy set by this year's board of directors. The keynote address on Financial Literacy will be delivered by Starbucks former Vice President, Finance & Treasurer, Robert Headley who is currently a partner with the venture capital firm, Ignition Partners. A variety of technical sessions will give you the opportunity to learn from professionals such as the father of XBRL, Charles Hoffman. Sessions on chapter operations will help you make your organization stronger. The Best Practices and Manuscript competitions will give you the opportunity to improve Beta Alpha Psi as a whole, and win recognition and prizes for your chapter. A dinner cruise to downtown Seattle on Friday evening with onboard entertainment provided by Unexpected Productions improvisational group and our ongoing Forensic Accounting Challenge will ensure that you have fun interacting with students from other chapters.
