Job Shadow Program

(designed for Middle and High School Students)

The Department of Bioengineering at the University of Washington is pleased to provide job shadow opportunities for students in middle school and high school. Students will be able to get a taste of what the field of bioengineering is all about. Students will spend a half day shadowing faculty and/or graduate students in a laboratory to observe bioengineers at work, learn about current research, and ask questions about a career in bioengineering. Participants will also have an opportunity to talk with a student services staff members about the BIOE undergraduate program.

    • Mail both items to address on the application form
