A copy of the Graduate School Application (including letters of reference, transcripts, etc.).

A brief CV to list training, employment, publications, honors, awards, and community service
From the Faculty Advisor

Statement of commitment to participate in IGERT educational and recruiting activities

Current and pending funding

Statement of cost sharing commitment for the Applicant. The statement should list funds available (amount, source, plus a title or description) during the IGERT period and expected to complete the PhD program.

A list of Ph.D. graduates supervised in the past five years
Jointly from the Applicant and Faculty Advisor
- A brief description of the proposed PhD research area including research goals, targeted technologies, current synergistic efforts, and expected collaborations with IGERT team faculty and students
