| Who can come to Department of Biochemistry Annual Retreat? All Department of Biochemistry Staff, Faculty, & Affiliates are welcome to attend the retreat, as well as Biochemistry, BMSD, and MCB Graduate Students. |

| How much does it cost to attend the retreat? There is no charge for the retreat. The lodging and food is covered by the Department of Biochemistry. |

| How do and when do I sign up? 1. Obtain a sign up sheet at: Attendee:http://depts.washington.edu/biowww/retreat/attendeesignup.pdf Faculty: http://depts.washington.edu/biowww/retreat/facultysignup.pdf 2. Submit online form via email. 3. Sign ups are preferred 1 month prior to the scheduled event. This allows ample time for planning the accommodations needed for the retreat. |

| What if I need to cancel? If you need to cancel for any reason please contact Teri Alvarado via email at teria@u.washington.edu. We prefer to have you notify us even if it is last minute, (day of, etc.) otherwise we will be charged for you even if you are not there. |

| Is there transportation to the retreat? Yes. |

| What is the cost of transportation? Transportation is free of charge if you ride in the designated van pool provided by the department. |

| Where do the transportation vans pick up and drop
off? Transportation pick up and drop off is in the South Campus Center Parking Lot. |

| How do I sign up for transportation? On the initial sign up form there is a transportation selection; yes or no. If your plans change (either you need sign up or you need to cancel) and you have already turned in your form please contact Teri Alvarado via email at teria@u.washington.edu. |
