Campus Housing
Single and double rooms for conference delegates are reserved in upper campus residence halls, a ten-minute walk to the meeting facilities. The rooms are provided as a packaged rate only, to include four nights (Wednesday through Saturday), breakfast for four days (Thursday through Sunday), and lunch for three days (Thursday through Saturday), as well as applicable taxes and other fees. This campus map shows where housing (mostly likely McMahon, Haggett, and/or Hansee) is located relative to conference activities.

Reservations will be made directly with the Campus Housing Services. Housing reservations are a completely different and separate process from Conference registration. Please note that the HOUSING registration deadline is July 20th. Unlike conference registration, you MUST pre-register -- no on-site registration for rooms will be available. Standard package rates, for 15 Aug arrival and 19 Aug departure, are $170.17 double occupancy and $226.17 single occupancy. Limited early arrival (Aug 12, 13, and 14) and late departures (Aug 19) will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. These extra days will be room only (no meals) at $26 double, $40 single per additional night.
