We invite you to exhibit your products or services to nearly 1000 participants expected to attend the joint meetings of the American Ornithologists’ Union and the Society of Canadian Ornithologists (Société des Ornithologistes du Canada).

Exhibitor participation is integral to the success of the conference, and the host committee has considered the suggestions of past exhibitors in creating the packages offered this year. Improvements include:

  • Exhibits will be located in Kane Hall along with paper presentations, registration and refreshment breaks. With the exception of lunch breaks, conference activities will be contained within Kane Hall during exhibit hours.

  • Exhibit hours have been condensed to three days, with booths open for visitation from 10:00am to 4:30pm Thursday and Friday, and 10am to 2pm Saturday.

  • Volunteers will be available to assist you with booth coverage during the show.

  • The exhibit fee includes a 1/8-page advertisement in the conference program. Ads may be upgraded to a larger size for an additional charge.

  • A professional exhibits manager, dedicated to addressing the needs of exhibitors, will be present during the conference and throughout exhibitor setup and teardown.

The Exhibit Passport, which has proven in the past to be popular among delegates and exhibitors alike, will be promoted again this year. Delegates who succeed in getting the passport stamped by all participating exhibitors will be eligible to enter their passport in a drawing for prizes. All exhibitors are requested to provide a prize to be included in the drawings, which will take place during refreshment breaks on Friday and Saturday.

Exhibit setup is scheduled on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning. Exhibits must be dismantled and removed from Kane Hall promptly at 2pm Saturday. Additional information pertaining to loading and drayage will be provided to registered exhibitors in June.

Please read the information and descriptions on the exhibitor registration form carefully. Three exhibit packages are offered. The number of each is limited, and they will be assigned in the order received. Booth placement requests cannot be guaranteed, but a sincere effort will be made to accommodate all requests.

We hope you will make plans now to join us this summer in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! Complete the exhibitor registration form and return it to us by May 1 to enjoy the early registration discount. Or please feel free to contact us for additional information.
