Click here to download a pdf version of the registration form. If you are unable to open this file, you may need to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The form is also available in the circular of information, which was mailed in March.
Refunds will be honored for requests postmarked or emailed by June
29, 2001. Guest/Spouse registrants must be associated with a full registrant (regular or student). Guests/spouses are welcome to attend most free conference-related activities (e.g., opening reception, exhibitor booths), but the Scientific Program and accompanying handouts are not included. Early registration is highly recommended not only for the financial benefits and to assist in conference planning, but because space is limited for some events. IMPORTANT NOTE: Student registration requires copy of student ID enclosed AND ID presented at on-site check-in. Registration check-in will be at the following times and locations:
McMahon Hall is the conference's main campus housing, and where you will be checking in for the residence hall rooms. Kane Hall is the lecture facility where all papers will be presented. Click here for a campus map showing building locations. Clicking on the name of the building you wish to find in the list below the map highlights the building with a red circle. |
