Sponsorship Opportunities

Maximize your organization’s visibility and generously support AOU through a variety of sponsorships. We offer several opportunities designed to promote your organization to conference attendees. For every level of sponsorship you will receive:

Ad in the conference program book
A list of attendees for your marketing efforts
Your banner prominently displayed
Sponsor ribbon to be worn by your designees

Sponsorship levels are described below. Please complete this sponsorship form and return it with your contribution. We will then contact you to coordinate the arrangements.

Levels of Sponsorship

Poster Reception - $2,000

Your sponsorship will help defray the costs of food and beverage served during the presentation of posters on Thursday, August 16 from 7-10pm in Meany Theater. Representatives from your organization will have the opportunity to greet guests, pass out literature, and participate in the poster viewing and reception. Includes a half-page program ad.

Bird Walk - $1,000

Your sponsorship will provide hot beverages, snacks, and transportation for one early morning Bird Walk, and will help defray other related expenses. Your representative will have the opportunity to participate in the bird walk. Includes a quarter-page program ad.

Registration Inserts - $650

Your contribution will be applied in full toward the overhead costs of the conference and your custom flyer or brochure will be included in tote bags distributed to all participants. Includes 1/8 page program ad.

General Operations - $500

Your contribution will be applied in full toward the overhead costs of the conference. Includes 1/8 page program ad.

Student Support - $500

Your contribution will be earmarked to assist us in reducing the registration fees for student attendees. Includes 1/8 page program ad.
