In case you’re wondering why we have so many empty shelves this fall, library staff have relocated over 18,000 seldom used print volumes to the Libraries’ expanded remote shelving facility at Sand Point. Materials at Sand Point can be requested online via the Libraries Catalog and delivered to the Foster Library in a day or two. The next step is to merge the periodical and book collections on the Balmer side of the library in anticipation of our upcoming PACCAR Hall-related library renovation. Most of our collection shifts should be completed by the end of 2008.

Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding. If there’s something that you’re looking for that you think should be here but can’t find, please contact one of the library staff and we’ll help track it down for you.

In a recent study published in the journal Long Range Planning, the Foster School of Business ranked 32nd among business schools worldwide for production of business research.
