- warning messages
  . new telnet warning has created some help@cac messages
  * by 30 Apr, have text for insecure IMAP/POP email warnings

- MacSSH
  . new version crashes; no estimate when this will be solved

- Keynes announcement
  . text is ready
  . list of ids is ready
  . will hold off just a few more days to see how MacSSH proceeds;
    we may want to send it out (perhaps modified) so that Windows
    users can get a head start

- monitoring
  * eliot/harold/donn will do what they can to report current
    percentages to the project email list each monday
  * rick will look at traffic to web page
  . MCIS has requested a list of non-secure aagaard imap/pop users
    once a week
  . it might be nice for Client Services to take a UW NetID
    and see how that person is doing - i.e. search the data somehow
 
- documentation
  . may need changes to the end user web page for Keynes-specific
    information (e.g. don't remove your old ftp application)

- file transfer issues
  . rick is working with existing nebula and www users to see
    how people are facing the new secure requirements
  . webdav is highly anticipated; cannot really set a cutoff date 
    for insecure ftp without it
  * nathan will create/submit a project definition for webdav support
    on the UA systems
  . no status on webdav for red/green
