  - if client really needs to fallback to insecure imap usage, there is
    a host that they can be moved to buyt its not fully tested.  An
    Assistant Director should be consulted to make sure they are truly
    an exception case.   After the conversion, we will help migrate them
    off this server asap.

  - we won't have a notice on the uw homepage, but there is a community
    alert in MyUW and on notice the computing home page.

  - keynes will give the user a 'you can't do this anymore. press any
    key to disconnect' type of message if they try to connect with
    plain ol' telnet.

  - Donn will configure systems for testing the new imap config.

  - homer02 still needs to be configured with final telnetd/r*
    config for testing

  - our last email warnings should have help@cac's phone # in them.

  - will gather usual stats for Tuesday just get get final unsecure
    tallys

  - support meeting presentation didn't appear to raise any concerns.

  - we will review low visibility service turn off after next week

  - we will review ftp turn off after that (kinda icky)


And a final summary - no one is exactly sure what to expect on
Wednesday...but it should be interesting !!!
