Biology Networking Night
When:
Wednesday, January 28, 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Where: Hitchcock Hall 132 - View Map
Participants will get a chance to meet people from a variety of fields, all with one thing in common, a degree from UW Biology (or Botany or Zoology from pre-merger years). A small panel of alumni professionals will share their career building experiences since graduation. Leading by example, they teach students ways to reach specific career goals, describing what worked and what didn't work along the way. Students will get insight into jobs that they had never even considered pursuing before. Both grad students and undergrads are welcome to participate, and even recent graduates who are still building their resumes are encouraged to come and network with other alumni for career development.
Please visit Biology Networking Night site for information on alumni guests and to RSVP.
Please contact Kristy Brady, kbrady@u.washington.edu, if you have any questions.
