You'll also learn how to come up with a basic capacity estimate using wealth indicators.

If you are being asked to facilitate more with less, come hear ways to team with your colleagues across advancement to make the most efficient short- and long-term decisions about resources that can improve your fundraising success. The first half of the session will present multiple ways in which you can maximize your dollar. In the second half of the session you will have the opportunity to discuss individual challenges your particular institution faces, and learn from your colleagues how to tackle those challenges.
