Community-Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH) invites your participation in our 10th anniversary conference, April 11-14, 2007 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
CCPH is a nonprofit organization that promotes health (broadly defined) through partnerships between communities and higher educational institutions. Our growing network of over 1,200 communities and campuses across North America and increasingly the world are collaborating to promote health through service-learning, community-based participatory research, broad-based coalitions and other partnership strategies. These partnerships are powerful tools for improving higher education, civic engagement and the overall health of communities.
With a focus on “Mobilizing Partnerships for Social Change,” our 10th anniversary conference will draw a diverse group of over 500 leaders from across Canada, the U.S. and other countries, reflecting key stakeholders in community-campus partnerships and community-driven social change: including leaders from grassroots, community-based and non-profit organizations; government agencies; philanthropies; professional associations; schools higher educational institutions; and student service organizations. With the conference’s emphasis on addressing the root causes of health, social and economic inequalities, we expect participants from across health, education, human rights and social sectors.
Exhibiting at the CCPH conference brings name recognition
and visibility to your organization. The conference provides excellent
opportunities to meet with attendees face-to-face, demonstrate your services
and disseminate your products. As an exhibitor, your organization will
be described in the conference program and on the conference website.
Why Be An Exhibitor or Co-Sponsor?
- CCPH conference attendees are eager for the latest knowledge and resources that support them in their work. Exhibitors consistently rate the CCPH conference as "one of the best" for making lasting contacts. To increase exposure for our exhibitors, the conference will feature an Exhibitor Reception on Thursday evening, April 12, 2007. This will include hors d'oeuvres and an incentive activity to encourage participants to visit each exhibitor. Further, the exhibit area is near session rooms and central ballrooms, facilitating a steady flow of attendees.

Pens
Your organization's name and logo will appear on pens distributed at registration
and used during and after the conference.

10th Anniversary
Celebration

during the luncheon on Saturday, April 14, 2007. Opportunity to provide

Site Visit Transportation
Support the cost of transporting conference participants to local community

name and logo will be displayed at the orientation and post-site visit

CCPH members may display resource materials for free.
The fee for non-members is $125.
An application form for the Literature Display is available at http://depts.washington.edu/ccph/conf-exhibiting.html#Pricing. The application is due Friday February 23, 2007.
Other Ways to Support the Conference
Please consider these additional ways to support CCPH and the conference:
- Announce the conference in your newsletter and on your website.

- Handout a flier at conferences, meetings and other events. The flier can also be posted around campuses and places of work.

To reserve your place as an exhibitor, co-sponsor or advertiser, complete and return the Exhibitor/Cosponsor Form. The Form contains detailed pricing information. Your completed application and payment are due on or before FRIDAY FEBRUARY 23, 2007.
