Registration Fees

Your registration fee entitles you to full access to the Conference, including:

  • all general sessions
  • welcome reception on April 11 at the Royal Ontario Museum
  • exhibitor & poster reception on April 12
  • exhibit show on April 12 & 13
  • community site visits (including transportation to & from the Conference hotel) on April 13
  • breakfast & lunch on April 12, 13, & 14; dinner on April 13
  • coffee/tea breaks
  • the CCPH 10th anniversary dinner and celebration on April 13
  • the awards ceremony and closing lunch on April 14

CCPH is working to secure funds for scholarships to ensure the full participation of students and individuals from community-based organizations and developing countries. Click here for information on current scholarship opportunities.

One-day registration rates for are available for community-based participants from the Greater Toronto Area (individuals who are not employed by a higher educational institution, hospital or government-based agency). One-day registrants gain full access to all conference activities taking place that day. Click here for more information.

Membership

To take advantage of the discounted Conference registration fees for CCPH members, your CCPH membership must be current at the time of registration through the time of the Conference. CCPH e-Members and non-members receive a one-year membership at the Premium Individual level with their registration fees! Non-members who are students receive a one-year membership at the Student level with their registration fees! Description of CCPH Membership Categories

Member Category Annual Fee Description of Benefits
e-Member $85 Includes subscription to member-only listerv and e-newsletter, use of online membership directory, discounts on publications, and customized emails tailored to your interests.
Individual Premium Member $100 Includes e-Member benefits, plus substantial discounts on registrations for CCPH events, and a free subscription to CCPH's magazine - Partnership Perspectives.
Student Member $30 Includes all Individual Premium member benefits. Proof of student status in the form of a faxed student ID is required.
Organizational Member $300 Allows 4 people who are affiliated with an organization to take full advantage of Individual Premium member benefits. Organizational members also receive one hour of free phone consultation on a topic of their choice and discounts on CCPH Consultancy Network services. More than 4 people can be enrolled for an additional discounted fee of $75 per person.


Guests (non-participants)

We welcome the participation of spouses, significant others, and other guests at Receptions and meal times. Guests may not attend the conference sessions and workshops. The fee for guests is intended to cover the cost of their meals during the conference.

Presenters

Session organizers, moderators and presenters are required to register for the Conference.

Accessibility

CCPH is committed to making the conference accessible to all. In order for CCPH to anticipate individual needs we ask that you check the box indicated on the registration form. Most requests regarding access needs can be accommodated if received prior to March 16, 2007. You will be contacted no later than March 30, 2007.

Payment Options

CCPH accepts VISA and MasterCard as well as checks drawn on US banks in US dollars. Registration forms will not be processed without full payment. You must register online and indicate if you are paying by check or credit card. If you are paying by credit card, there is an area for you to enter in your credit card information. Purchase orders are not accepted.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds will not be honored. If you are unable to attend the Conference, we recommend that you send a substitute in your place. If you will be sending a substitute, please contact Shelly Tolo, CCPH Conference Organizer, as soon as possible to be sure the person is mailed confirmation materials and included in the conference list of participants (see contact information for Shelly Tolo below).
